Diecast Depot Collectables uses the US Postal Service Priority Mail and Parcel Post to deliver orders to our customers.
Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times which will be no more 2-3 business days.
Priority Mail - Routinely delivered within 3-5 business days
Parcel Post - Delivered within 4-7 business days by 5:00 PM (up to 6-7 days for West Coast)
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OFFERED WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST
All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted.
If you prefer, you may send a check or money order drawn on US funds to the address given to you by email. Prepaid orders will not ship until payment has been received. We do not ship COD.

Items may be returned WITHIN 10 DAYS for repair or replacement, however all product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization number issued by DiecastDepotCollectables or the package will be refused. Due to the nature of these items we do not refund money, item will be replaced or repaired. We are not responsible for model manufacturer mistakes/blemishes, although we do our best to hand pick models or fix any issues we find, regardless we do not accept returns for these issues.
To request an RMA and shipping instructions please contact our Customer Service department via e-mail at diecastcustoms420@yahoo.com. RMAs are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

We are not responsible for defects with the model that are the fault of the manufacturer.
All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition (includes door, trunk and hood straps) including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
All returns must be shipped insured.
Unauthorized or Refused Returns Diecastdepotcollectables.com cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Additional charges may apply if all peripherals and accessories are not returned in the original packaging.
